  • Apply advanced spatial analysis for real-world planning problems.

Unit 1: Geospatial Database Foundations

  • Data structures, topology rules and geodatabase normalization.

Unit 2: Core Geoprocessing

  • Overlay, dissolve, reclassification and network modelling.

Unit 3: Raster and Terrain Analysis

  • DEM derivatives, hydrological tools and suitability analysis.

Unit 4: Spatial Statistics

  • Moran's I, nearest neighbor, interpolation and cluster detection.

Unit 5: Applied Lab Framework

  • One problem statement, full workflow, map atlas and report.
  • Include methodology, assumptions, uncertainty and limitations.

UGC-Style Deliverables

  • Lab practical examination.
  • Project viva with reproducible GIS workflow evidence.
